Sanjeev Choudhary is the co-founder, largest shareholder and President of the Management Board of Medinice S.A. He is responsible for strategic management and business and corporate development of the company. He also serves as the President of the Management Board in Medinice S.A.'s subsidiaries: Medtech Innovation Center ASI Sp. z o.o. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he obtained a master's degree in engineering at the Faculty of Computer Science and Management. In addition, he has a master's degree in MBA studies. He completed numerous training courses in strategic management organized by Ashridge Business School and courses in the field of corporate strategy and M&A from institutions such as INSEAD and the Center for Creative Leadership. He has 22 years of experience in M&A projects, project and company valuations. He sat on Supervisory Boards and Management Boards of Polish and foreign companies. He gained professional experience in high positions in international corporations. For many years he was a Director in the Scandinavian company Orkla Media Group. He also worked, among others: Hugin Group, IMF Group.

CFO with nearly 20 years of experience. During his professional career, he worked as a CFO in number of companies, among others in: Multimedia Polska, Nordisk Polska and Platige Image, where he was also a board member. He was also a member of the supervisory boards in Polfa Kutno, Biawar and Unipak. In addition, he was an investment analyst at Enterprise Investors and an investment director at EVL Poland. Winner of the 2012 CFO competition in the Small and Medium Enterprises category. He is a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology and MBA studies in finance at Indiana University.

Attorney at law. Joanna specializes in civil, commercial and business law, in particular in the regulated sectors law. Her professional practice covers a wide spectrum of issues related to the liquid fuels sector, the energy industry and the defence sector. She provides comprehensive legal services to companies and other business entities in the field of, among others: ongoing corporate services, obtaining necessary permits and concessions, drawing up legal opinions, drafting contracts as well as negotiating them. Participates in conducting audits, including due diligence. She deals with the implementation of compliance procedures – solutions that allow to prevent and minimize irregularities and abuses related to running a business. Advises in complex restructuring projects of companies, including mergers, transformations and divisions. Specializes in transaction advisory, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Sociologist, advisor with experience in local government, working in state administration, diplomatic service and for major Polish corporations. He worked at the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University; former Chairman of the Town Council in Niepołomice; Advisor to the Minister in the Ministry of Internal Affairs; Counsellor at the Polish Embassy in Lithuania, founder and first Director of the Polish Institute in Vilnius, Polish Ambassador to Estonia; Advisor for Strategy at PKN ORLEN; Managing Director for Corporate Affairs at PZU S.A.

Prof. dr hab. n. med. i n. o zdr. Paweł Balsam jest wybitnym specjalistą chorób wewnętrznych oraz kardiologiem. Pełni funkcję kierownika Oddziału Klinicznego Elektrokardiologii w Uniwersyteckim Centrum Klinicznym Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego (WUM). Jest absolwentem II Wydziału Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego, który ukończył z najlepszym wynikiem na roku. Obecnie pracuje w I Katedrze i Klinice Kardiologii Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego. W 2012 roku uzyskał stopień doktora nauk medycznych za pracę dotyczącą rehabilitacji kardiologicznej pacjentów po zawale serca. Stopień doktora habilitowanego nauk medycznych i nauk o zdrowiu otrzymał w 2019 roku, a w 2023 roku nadano mu tytuł profesora nauk medycznych i nauk o zdrowiu. Prof. Balsam specjalizuje się głównie w zabiegowym leczeniu zaburzeń rytmu serca, takich jak migotanie przedsionków, częstoskurcze i arytmia, poprzez ablację. Jest również odpowiedzialny za kwalifikację pacjentów do tych zabiegów. Ponadto, zajmuje się prewencją chorób układu sercowo-naczyniowego oraz terapią farmakologiczną nadciśnienia tętniczego, choroby wieńcowej i niewydolności serca. W 2020 roku zdobył pierwsze miejsce w plebiscycie "Supertalenty Medycyny" organizowanym przez Puls Medycyny .

Head of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Warsaw and professor at the Center for Postgraduate Medical Education. President of the International Society for Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery (ISMICS). Chairman-elect of the Cardiac Surgery Section of the Polish Society of Cardiology. Member of, among others: Nucleus Cardiovascular Working Group European Society of Cardiology, New Technology Committee European Society for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Guideline Committee European Society for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery. Deputy editor-in-chief of the American medical journal "INNOVATIONS". Author of over 250 publications in respected scientific journals around the world. He received several awards for his scientific works at conferences of scientific societies. Together with the team of his clinic, he is the winner of the TERAZ POLSKA award for cardiac surgery treatment using minimally invasive techniques. He also received the Gold Medal of the Polish Academy of Success.

He has extensive experience in the field of experimental cardiac surgery, in particular related to minimally invasive procedures. Doctor, cardiologist and internist. A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, where he developed a comprehensive ablation program from scratch, including ablation of atrial fibrillation and scar-related ventricular tachycardia. Owner of the Polish Medical Clinic at Maspeth in New York. Member of the Polish Society of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology and HRS (Health Rhythm Society). He received the Young Investigator Award and the award for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of biomedical sciences. He is currently the Deputy Program Director of the Cardiology Fellowship and the Program Director of the Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship.

Dr. Valavanur A. Subramanian is chairman of the Department of Cardiac Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. Dr. Subramanian is the founder and past president of the International Society for Minimally Invasive Surgery (ISMICS). He is also the author of over 150 medical articles. He is the inventor of Mitral Bridge for the treatment of Mitral Regurgitation. He is the founder , Director of the board and the prior Chief Medical officer of the company HRT-Heart repair Technologies Inc. which developed the Mitral Bridge. He is an experienced cardiac surgeon with clinical and investigative experience of 42 years in the cardiovascular medicine. He has invented and innovated many devices in this field..first disposable Membrane oxygenerator,first percutaneous intr.aortic ballon pump,pioneer in minimimally invasive cardiac surgery...introduced and performed the first MIDCAB in U.S.A. He has been the pioneer and innovator in the field of Off pump CABG.
Recently over the past decade his main areas of innovation has been in the area of Mitral and Tricuspid Regurgitation The New York Times Magazine lists him as one of New York's best heart surgeons in the last 15 years. He has attended many medical conferences from the Philippines to Europe and India. His innovative research has made him one of the pioneers in minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery.

Prof. Michael Glikson, is the director of the departments of cardiology and cardiac surgery at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. He is a professor of cardiology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an assistant professor at the Mayo College of Medicine and Science. Until 2017, Glikson ran the arrhythmia center at Sheba Medical Center. He served as chairman of the Israeli pacing and arrhythmia group and as secretary and president of the Israel Heart Society.
