Sanjeev Choudhary is the co-founder, largest shareholder and President of the Management Board of Medinice S.A. He is responsible for strategic management and business and corporate development of the company. He also serves as the President of the Management Board in Medinice S.A.'s subsidiaries: Medtech Innovation Center ASI Sp. z o.o. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he obtained a master's degree in engineering at the Faculty of Computer Science and Management. In addition, he has a master's degree in MBA studies. He completed numerous training courses in strategic management organized by Ashridge Business School and courses in the field of corporate strategy and M&A from institutions such as INSEAD and the Center for Creative Leadership. He has 22 years of experience in M&A projects, project and company valuations. He sat on Supervisory Boards and Management Boards of Polish and foreign companies. He gained professional experience in high positions in international corporations. For many years he was a Director in the Scandinavian company Orkla Media Group. He also worked, among others: Hugin Group, IMF Group.

Prof. dr hab. n. med. i n. o zdr. Paweł Balsam jest wybitnym specjalistą chorób wewnętrznych oraz kardiologiem. Pełni funkcję kierownika Oddziału Klinicznego Elektrokardiologii w Uniwersyteckim Centrum Klinicznym Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego (WUM). Jest absolwentem II Wydziału Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego, który ukończył z najlepszym wynikiem na roku. Obecnie pracuje w I Katedrze i Klinice Kardiologii Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego. W 2012 roku uzyskał stopień doktora nauk medycznych za pracę dotyczącą rehabilitacji kardiologicznej pacjentów po zawale serca. Stopień doktora habilitowanego nauk medycznych i nauk o zdrowiu otrzymał w 2019 roku, a w 2023 roku nadano mu tytuł profesora nauk medycznych i nauk o zdrowiu. Prof. Balsam specjalizuje się głównie w zabiegowym leczeniu zaburzeń rytmu serca, takich jak migotanie przedsionków, częstoskurcze i arytmia, poprzez ablację. Jest również odpowiedzialny za kwalifikację pacjentów do tych zabiegów. Ponadto, zajmuje się prewencją chorób układu sercowo-naczyniowego oraz terapią farmakologiczną nadciśnienia tętniczego, choroby wieńcowej i niewydolności serca. W 2020 roku zdobył pierwsze miejsce w plebiscycie "Supertalenty Medycyny" organizowanym przez Puls Medycyny .
