Sanjeev Choudhary is the co-founder, largest shareholder and President of the Management Board of Medinice S.A. He is responsible for strategic management and business and corporate development of the company. He also serves as the President of the Management Board in Medinice S.A.’s subsidiaries: Medtech Innovation Center ASI Sp. z o.o. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he obtained a master’s degree in engineering at the Faculty of Computer Science and Management. In addition, he has a master’s degree in MBA studies. He completed numerous training courses in strategic management organized by Ashridge Business School and courses in the field of corporate strategy and M&A from institutions such as INSEAD and the Center for Creative Leadership. He has 22 years of experience in M&A projects, project and company valuations. He sat on Supervisory Boards and Management Boards of Polish and foreign companies. He gained professional experience in high positions in international corporations. For many years he was a Director in the Scandinavian company Orkla Media Group. He also worked, among others: Hugin Group, IMF Group.
