Medinice Commences Due Diligence Process for CoolCryo

Medinice S.A. announced the commencement of a due diligence process concerning the CoolCryo medical device. The purpose of the process is to enable a potential acquirer to obtain knowledge of the legal and factual status of the project and subsequently prepare an offer to acquire CoolCryo.
The due diligence is being conducted for the benefit of a large industry entity operating on an international scale. This is the second independent process of this type concerning CoolCryo. The first one began following the signing of the Letter of Intent, which the company announced on January 23, 2026.
CoolCryo is a medical device intended for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias through cardiac surgical cryoablation. In February 2026, Medinice announced that CoolCryo had obtained FDA clearance under the 510(k) pathway, enabling the device to be marketed in the United States.
The commencement of another due diligence process represents an important stage in the potential commercialization of the project.
